Regular appointment
De 20e van de maand worden de regular appointment data van de maand daarop online gepubliceerd.

Op deze pagina kun je een regular NEW HAIRSTYLE appointment in de salon inplannen. 
Een regular appointment is een afspraak die je zelf via het online boekingssysteem maakt, op basis van de beschikbare plekken.

 

Sameday appointment
Een same day appointment is een afspraak die binnen 24 uur plaatsvind.
*Voor de same day appointment betaal je +€100.

Een Same day appointment in de salon kan niet via dit boekingssysteem ingeplant worden. 
Via dit formulier kan je een verzoek voor een same day appointment in de salon indienen. 

 

Special request appointment
Een special request appointment is een afspraak die plaatsvind op een datum die of tijdsstip dat niet (meer) of nog niet beschikbaar is het online boekingssysteem.
*Voor een special request appointment betaal je +€50.

Een Special request appointment in de salon kan niet via dit boekingssysteem ingeplant worden. 
Via dit formulier kan je een verzoek voor een special request appointment in de salon indienen.

  • Boek NOOIT een afspraak als je (technische) moeilijkheden ervaart tijdens het boekingsproces, maar neem eerst contact op met LEYNEL.
  • Boek NOOIT een afspraak als je twijfelt over de juiste selectie van het kapsel (bijvoorbeeld het formaat, de kleur, lengte, add-ons etc.), maar neem eerst contact op met LEYNEL.
  • Heb je meerdere vragen of advies nodig? Plan dan eerst een haarconsult in voordat je een afspraak maakt.
  • De getoonde foto bij de haarservice, dient als referentie voor wat je van het kapsel kunt verwachten. Houd er rekening mee dat de volgende factoren invloed kunnen hebben op het eindresultaat (waardoor het eindresultaat af kan wijken van de referentie foto);
    • Haartype
    • Haarlengte
    • Haar dikte
    • Haarpunten
    • Add-ons
  • Nadat je de (hoofd)haarservice hebt gekozen, kun je bij de volgende stap de geselecteerde haardienst personaliseren door de gewenste scheidingen, de gewenste kleur, de gewenste lengte en overige extra’s aan de haardienst toevoegen;
    • Het is niet mogelijk om een kortere lengte te selecteren, dan jouw eigen haarlengte.
    • Als jouw eigen haar lengte langer dan 30 cm is dan kun je alleen de lengtes ”Hip length” of ”Butt length” selecteren.
    • Je kunt uitsluitend uit de aangeboden haarkleuren kiezen. Wij bieden geen custom made haarkleuren/mixen aan.
 
  • Controleer in het overzicht (de laatste stap) of alle gewenste opties zijn aangevinkt en de afspraak die je wilt boeken klopt, afspraken kunnen namelijk niet gewijzigd worden.
 

Een aanbetaling van €50 + €0,95 transactiekosten is vereist om een afspraak te kunnen maken. De aanbetaling van €50 wordt in mindering gebracht op de totale prijs van de boeking. 

PAY ATTENTION:
Aanbetaling en transactiekosten zijn niet restitueer- en/of verrekenbaar.

Nadat je de afspraak hebt gemaakt is het vanwege op maat gemaakte tijdvakken, reeds uitgetrokken tijd uit de agenda, voorgaande en/of opvolgende afspraken én/of reeds getroffen voorbereidingen NOT POSSIBLE mogelijk  het kapsel te wijzigen, extra’s aan de haardienst toe te voegen en/of de afspraak te verzetten. Selecteer dus alle gewenste opties, de gewenste datum en het gewenste tijdstip tijdens het boekingsproces.

LET OP:
Een afspraak wijzigen betekent de afspraak annuleren en een nieuwe afspraak maken incl. een nieuwe aanbetaling.
